Thanks to their spray format, nutrients are absorbed through the oral mucosa – offering a particularly convenient and easy-to-use alternative to traditional supplements.

The formulas include:
AM Spray:
- Folate (5-MTHF-glucosamine): Contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.*
- Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin): Contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the formation of red blood cells.*
- Iodine (Potassium Iodide): Contributes to normal cognitive function and normal thyroid function.*
- Biotin: Contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the maintenance of normal skin and hair.*
PM Spray:
- DHA from microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.): Contributes to the maintenance of normal brain and heart function (from 250 mg/day).*
- Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol in MCT oil): Contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.*
- Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7): Contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting.*

3 sprays under the tongue in the morning (AM SPRAY) and 3 sprays in the evening (PM SPRAY).
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle. As with any dietary supplement consult your doctor before using this product. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. This supplement is not suitable for children up to 10 years. Not suitable for persons taking (coumarin) anticoagulants. 400 mcg folate and 150 mcg iodine is recommended for pregnant and lactating women per day. Not recommended for people with thyroid disorders (iodine).
