This eyeliner pencil lead is specially designed for the Eyeliner Pencil Cartridge from Clé de Peau Beauté. A kohl pencil for an intense color result - perfect for eyeliner application or enhancing the eye area. The smooth formula can be easily smudged with the practical blending sponge for a smokey eye effect.

The eyeliner pencil holder is available separately.

- Contains the exclusive Clé de Peau Beauté advanced moisturising ingredient, Hydro-Wrap Complex EX.

- Developed with Argan Oil to provide smooth application and wear.

- Start at the outer corner of the eye and draw small, light horizontal strokes onto the base of the upper lashes.

- Application technique varies according to the desired effect.
